Some important legislative initiatives for regulating platform work are emerging in the international context. Located in the European Union, they arose in the wake of a proliferation of court cases dealing with the recognition of employment relationships on various platforms and, in particular, decisions by courts of last resort that addressed in detail the organization of work management carried out by platforms/apps.
